DMCA Policy

Christopher Lambert Vermõgen respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects its users to do the same. This policy describes the information that should be present in a DMCA notice and counter-notice.

Filing a DMCA Notice

If you believe that your copyrighted work has been copied in a way that constitutes copyright infringement and is accessible via Christopher Lambert Vermõgen, please notify our copyright agent as set forth in the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA). For your complaint to be valid under the DMCA, you must provide the following information in writing:

  1. An electronic or physical signature of the person authorized to act on behalf of the owner of the copyright's interest.
  2. A description of the copyrighted work that you claim has been infringed, including the URL (i.e., web page address) of the location where the copyrighted work exists or a copy of the copyrighted work.
  3. Identification of the URL or other specific location on the Christopher Lambert Vermõgen site where the material that you claim is infringing is located.
  4. A statement by you that you have a good faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
  5. A statement by you, made under penalty of perjury, that the above information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the copyright owner's behalf.
  6. Your name, address, telephone number, and email address.

Filing a DMCA Counter-Notification

If your content has been removed or disabled because of a DMCA notice, and you believe that the content was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may send us a counter-notification. For your counter-notification to be valid under the DMCA, you must provide the following information in writing:

  • Your physical or electronic signature.
  • Identification of the material that has been removed or to which access has been disabled and the location at which the material appeared before it was removed or disabled.
  • A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification of the material to be removed or disabled.
  • Your name, address, and telephone number, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal district court for the judicial district in which the address is located, or if your address is outside of the United States, for any judicial district in which Christopher Lambert Vermõgen may be found, and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided notification under subsection (c)(1)(C) or an agent of such person.
